Enjoy a game of CS:GO Roulette

Roulette is such an old game that it would be weird if it didn’t exist in the CS:GO betting and Skin Betting universe. Of course, it does. Just like other popular casino games like Blackjack and Slots.

If you don’t know how blackjack works you kind of missed something. The game is based on a game board, with different bets that you can make. A game round starts by the house starting to spin a ball in the classic Roulette Wheel where it can fall into different slots with numbers from 0 to 36 (sometimes there is also a double zero). Each number also have a colour (black, red or green).

So what kind of different bets can you make?

There are a lot of different bets available on the game board. You can pick one of them or combine as many as you want.

There are some bets that have a good chance of winning, like Red vs Black, 1-18 & 19-36 or Odd vs Even. These give a pay-out of 2 which means that you double your money.

Then there are some riskier bets, like betting number groups like 1-12, 13-24 and 25-36. These have a pay out of 3x your bet just as the column bets do (1st, 2nd and 3rd columns)

In addition to this there are very risky bets that have a better pay out. You can bet in between numbers or on numbers on the board.

If you place a bet on the cross between four numbers (called a corner bet) that bet will get paid out if the ball ends up on a number that you touch, paying out 9 times your bet.

Placing a bet between two numbers is called a split bet and pays out 18 times your bet.

If you feel lucky and have a favourite number you can place your chips on one single number which then pays out 36 times your bet. This is risky so don’t expect to hit it that often. But when you do, it’s fun!

How the house rake works in roulette

The house (game provider) usually wants to make some money providing the gaming opportunity. This is done by paying out a little bit less that the true chances / implied odds. For example, a single number hit pay-out should be 37 times the bet, but usually only pays 36.

In addition, the zero (which is neither red or black, or odd or even) takes a small percentage out of your winning chances when playing those kinds of bets.

So how much is the margin?

The margin differs between boards but on a single zero board (a board with one zero) the house rake is about 2.7%. On a double zero board the house rake is 5.26%. This difference is substantial so its important to find the right CS:GO Roulette site. You can see more below:
